JOSAM JH400 Induction Heater

JH400 is the smallest of the JOSAM heat inductors we stock, used primarily for sheet metal straightening and loosening of smaller machine parts such as nuts, pins and clamping rings.

The JH400 is mainly used for lighter repair work. The high power induction heater can be used in the same way as a gas torch, but without destroying nearby parts. Overheating is avoided through the unique 5-step regulation and power control system. The heat is applied directly to the material being worked on without the necessity for removing heat-sensitive components nearby.

The Josam JH400 is ideal for supporting wheel alignment adjustments, the 2 tips available for the JH400 make even those hard-to-reach areas accessible. The JH400 is the only wheel alignment heat inductor you should be looking at.

JOSAM JH1000 Induction Heater

JH1000 is a mid-range heat inductor, primarily suited for lighter straightening and loosening of heavier vehicle parts which includes nuts and bolts, bushings, bearings and chassis.

JH1000 is a robust and ergonomically designed induction heater you can move around easily in your workshop thanks to its compact size. The control panel has intuitive buttons and indicators for easy setting of power output in five stages. It is sensitive enough to be operated with gloves. Inductor holders and cable holders are mounted on the machine for safety.

JOSAM JH1500 Heavy Duty Induction Heater

JH1500 is the largest heat inductor in the range and it’s designed for heavy-duty work that requires plenty of heat for long periods, for example, straightening of chassis, heavier parts and axles.

JH1500 is the successor of the JH1300 induction heater. This upgraded version is lighter, has improved software and is easier to manoeuvre but still produces the same amount of power as its predecessor. Moreover, it features five output levels and is water-cooled with a compressor for optimal running time. To be able to execute the most demanding types of heating work, this is the only inductor to use.
